The Journal contains a genuine cowhide leather cover and decorative paper, decorative marbled endsheets when you open the cover, ivory linen paper to pop the graphics inside. The spine has been professionally rounded and backed. This is also a "hollow back" book so your book lays flat when you write in it. The journal has a pleasant aroma from an enchanted oil placed carefully in the spine so it won't compromise the integrity of the binding. All professional bookbinding supplies have been used in my books. These books are extremely well made and contain non acidic materials. Leather bound journals are apx 6x9".
